Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans renew automatically, and you can manage or cancel yours from Account › Subscription whenever you like.
What is the difference between Commercial and Personal?
A Commercial subscription is purchased by a company and can be used by any single person within it. A Personal subscription is for private individuals who pay with their own funds, solely for their own use; it must not be purchased, refunded or financed by a company.
How many work seats does a subscription cover?
One account cannot be used by two people at the same time. Two users may share an account if they never work simultaneously; otherwise each active user needs their own account and subscription. For many seats, contact sales@vector-apps.com for a volume discount.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Paddle. You can pay with PayPal or a major card such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Prices include VAT/tax.
What can I do for free?
With a free account you get 10 free runs a day, shared across all apps (5 without an account). Your runs have lower queue priority and you will see ads.
